Does Raid flying insect spray kill plants too?

Question

i had a grasshopper infestation on one of my cacti, i sprayed the grasshoppers on the plant... should i wash the plant off with water?

Wear a glove,hold the plant in the pot,inverted in a bowl of tepid water and clean off.

The propellants used with domestic insecticide sprays can harm plants,the spray  itself may scorch the foliage.

I would wash it, most of the flying insect killer is oil based and bad for plants.
