Does Recruitment Automatically Mean You Are Hired at Abercrombie and Fitch?

Hey,

The other day I was approached by a girl at Abercrombie and Fitch. She asked me if I wanted to work there and she recruited me. She told me where to go to set up an interview, etc. I'm just wondering..does this recruitment automatically mean I'm hired, and the interview is just basically to see if I'm friendly and committed or something like that?

Sorry, but the interview process is real. You have not yet been hired. There are certain perks for recruiting depending on whether the person is hired and lasts a set amount of time with good performance. Just go in with confidence and knock 'em dead! Good luck.

nope my friend was recruited there and didn't get the job.....but you have at least a decent chance because obviously they like the way you look so thats a big part of it
