Does Ren die in NANA 77?

Question

In NANA 77 Ren as a car crash because he is driving too fast and in the radio it's saying: We are all waiting for Black Stones to come back. Then he sees NANA on the top of a building (illusion) and he crashes. Later it says (Nana talking) : "Ren once said to me that he would take me along with him when he dies." ANd that's the end. But ppl do you think he died and then NANA runs away?
