Does Ron Paul want to get rid of foreign embassies?

My friend told me that he wants to get rid of foreign embassies but I can't find any info on it. Is this true that he does?

I doubt it, he does, however, want to close military bases on foreign soil

that there is no way that all embassies would be closed, it would cut all diplomacies between countries,just imagine?

he does not have the power to do so,even if he were the President,

One of the few government agencies Libertarians support is the State Department and foreign relations, so embassies would be safe.
