Well.... i have a root beer and there is no expiration date.. does it expire?

  1. no but it can go flat and it will just be like A and W root beer if you get it at a real place and not from a can.

    It might not have an expiration date but it should have an sell by date

  5. Well, there's a certain time period that it's at it's best but it won't make you sick or anything after that.

    General rules of thumb for root beer and all sodas:

    In plastic bottles (both regular and diet): 14 weeks

    In cans (regular): Approx 9 months

    In cans (diet): Approx 14 weeks

    In glass bottles: Approx 1 year

    Those time frames are from the time of production..

    On products that don't list an expiration date, there will be a production code on it somewhere. If you add details with the brand of rootbeer, the production code (including spaces), and how it's packaged, I can probably tell you exactly when it was produced and how long it's good.

  6. Everything will expire eventualy.
