He is creepy and he needs to learn how to talk without lisping!  He like McCain needs to quit twisting the facts to make himself look good.  As Biden said Guiliani has a verb, a noun and 9/11.  McCain has his prisoner of war status, but no one has ever said who hit who, the missile hit McCain or McCain hit the missile!  He was a pretty lousy pilot by all standards!
