I DONT want that i just would like them to get toner.how do i avoid getting like tons of muscle on my legs?i know that is you just jog regularly it will burn fat and not make them bigger but if you do it everyday doesn't it just add up? like how sprinters only get the big muscular legs by sprinting? wont it just add up to that? i DONT want big legs though. i just want the muscle tighter. and to get the fat off my thighsthanks
