  1. yes it would. if you combined that with a good clean diet made up of a lots of vegetables, and drank plenty of water so you wouldn't have water retention.


  2. NO, but you can help flatten your stomach while running. You can also use a girdle to help. Running helps your body in general but doing sit ups and other similar exercises work on your tummy.

  3. No. The flat stomach comes from more calories going out than calories coming in.
