yes but it is not good s it for your skin. it tear your skin up and in the long run it will give you rinkel early on.

um... it helps, but it can irritate your skin. it is more of a exfoliate to remove dead skin to reveal new, healthy skin underneath.

Nothing gets rid of acne. What it will do is exfoliate the upper layer of the skin, removing dead skin cells along with bacteria. Bacteria is one of the many causes of acne, so it might help you. In my case it helps me alot. I still get the ocassionally small white pimples, but I haven't gotten the bigger cystic acne for a while.

And I find that it makes my skin stay pretty clear..
