  1. Santy Claus is a wangster.  He don't need no stinkin dip-lo-mat-ic im-mun-it-y.

  2. No, because we do not have diplomatic relations with the North Pole. Further more, in order to enter the United States, he will require a visa and a passport, neither of which he has obtained.

    Just another illegal alien.

  3. yes

  4. I don't think so. because Santa is from the North Pole and that's another country...

  6. His sleigh is too fast to be caught/seen

  7. not if they have the power.

  8. Oh, he sure does.  No matter what sort of passport he puts in front of me, he'll get my primary stamp.  I hope the airlines don't leave his reindeer down in "bulky baggage" too long.

I don't want to be the mope that hassles him about his immigration status.  I've had too many lumps of coal lately ....

  9. yep, sure does!

  10. Yes, everywhere but North Korea (he has a double secret United Nations diplomatic passport).

  11. I actually believe that sometime in the past the United States Congress passed a proclamation giving Santa Clause (Chris Cringle ) Diplomatic immunity.

I do know that the Air Force tracks him every year and they report it on the radio and TV, when he enters U.S. air space.

  12. i don't know

  13. No, but he is Visa Exempt, sort of like Canadians, only everywhere, not just in the US.
