Does ScotiaBank have a debit limit?

You know how there are daily ATM withdrawal limits? Does Scotiabank have the same sort of thing when you're paying for something using your debit card?

If you wanted to pay for something, like $3000 with debit, would they allow you to just yank that out of your account just like that?

If you are purchasing an item, the only limit is the balance in your account. Cash withdrawls are limited to $400/day
