IM guessing this is a "SYSTEM" for sctratch offs.

Just think about it, since there is no playing strategy involved,  scratch offs are destined to be winners or loses the moment they are purchased and placed into your hand, unless you had some way of knowing which ones were more likely to be winners from perhaps one selling location over another, there is no way to predict which ones are winners and which ones are losers before you buy them.  The house egd on scrtach offs is absolutely ginormous, and even if you coudl detect which ones were more likely to be winning somehow, you woudl have to do so by a factor greater than 2 to overcome the house edge and expect a profit.  This means that you woudl have to know for fact that one selling location had 2x or more prize volume per ticket, than on average for all tickets since the typical return rate is around 50%.

If you can find a way to detect what i am suggesting, that is the only way. if that system says anythign otherwise, its bogus.  Most "systems" are bogus iv only encountered a few that seemd remotely plausable and they were either humanly impossible, or incorperated some form of cheating
