  1. DHA doesn't come from fish, it comes from algae and the fish eat the algae.

    All Silk products are vegan.


  2. There are plant based source of omega3. Flax seed oil is a common plant based omega3 supplement.

  4. It's vegan.  There are lots of sources of omega-3 besides fish.

  5. "Hala" is right Omegas can be derived from a number of plants and grains either in the oils or in the fibers.

    I used both Flaxseed, Brown rice Bran oil and a vegetable based one in powder form, fish have more of the complex Omega 3-6-9 compounds that is why they are touted as a good form of those mineral but if you not eating and meat or fish, even egg now are loaded with them as the chickens are feed flax based feeds now, no more cannibalisum.
