It's vegan.  There are lots of sources of omega-3 besides fish.

"Hala" is right Omegas can be derived from a number of plants and grains either in the oils or in the fibers.

I used both Flaxseed, Brown rice Bran oil and a vegetable based one in powder form, fish have more of the complex Omega 3-6-9 compounds that is why they are touted as a good form of those mineral but if you not eating and meat or fish, even egg now are loaded with them as the chickens are feed flax based feeds now, no more cannibalisum.
