Does Sims 2 Double Deluxe game play on Vista and if so have you got it to work on your Vista computer?

That's tech dudes and gals, got all the specs required but don't want to buy if not okay on Vista. Cheers!

the sims 2  should work just fine on vista  

afte ral vista is  just nt 6.0  xp  is  nt  5.1

and yes i like the sims 2

Double Deluxe works fine on Vista, It worked great on mine.  I say worked because I uninstalled Vista and went back to XP, but that's a whole new topic.

i also got this game to work on vista its was hard at first. I didn't have directx installed.Of you have directx 9 or higher your ok  also check to see of all your drivers are up to date to. Of you did all this i will work fine have fun.

I play The Sims 2 and all the expansion packs on Vista 64. The most problems people have is driver issues in Vista.  Make sure that you have a video card that is supported for the game under Vista, and that you have the most recent drivers installed.
