It's not clear what you are asking.  Spanish fly (the real stuff) is actually a dangerous poison that causes a non-sexual stiffening of a man's p***s as it kills him.  It doesn't do anything to women.  It used to be used as a s*x aid by....well, stupid and ignorant people.  They often paid for that stupidity with their lives.

Today, we have Viagra.  No need to use dangerous c**p like that any more.
