Does it really make you smell fresh down there.Does it really rinse away bacteria.It says it keeps you fresh all day does it? I have the stuff but when should you notice a difference?

Yes, it works, but don't make the mistake that my nephew made and used it on his head..HA! He came out of the shower with his hair standing straight up and a confused look on his face...my sister and I still laugh about that.

regarding the answer that says something about douches. that person misunderstood u were talking about the wash not the douche. yes douches are bad because they take away the helpful bacteria that is supposed to be there, but the wash is just fine!! its cleanses well. soap isnt always a good thing because it may strip to much of what u have going on down ther u know!! so douches bad, washes good!!!hope i helpedl
