  1. Yes, it's the SI6, or inofficially called the Swiss Guards.


  2. Any country on this planet has "secret services". In Switzerland it's simply called Information Service of the Confederation (Informationsdienst des Bundes). Don't even try to google for them, you wan't find anything - because they work in the dark, because they are secret...

    Sure enough, CIA is American, M16 is British; they better don't act in Switzerland since that would be illegal - the Israelis can talk about it, some of their Mossad agents had been caught some years ago...

  3. Every country in the world  has a security and intelligence service such as the CIA.  The Swiss have a National Security Council, which emcompasses all the relevant secret service and intelligence organisations run by the Swiss government.
