Does Talc or Bismuth make your skin shiny?

in makeup, which makes your skin more oily/shiny looking?

Talc

or

Bismuth

??????

Because I bought Mineral Wear talc-free today and it says "May contain"-Bismuth

I was looking for powder with no talc or bismuth because somebody told me it makes your skin look oily and shiny

So, my question is, does talc or bismuth make your skin like this?

bismuth is VERY shiny. talc should not make your skin shine.

i use bee luscious because it is both talc and bismuth free. it also has no oils!

it shouldn't. if your skin is already shiny then it wont help. but it wont MAKE you shiny.

it depends how much u put on try going light if  it's to shiny for u try brown or reddish brown
