  1. he'll definitely get the bonehead of the year award. Last years award went to his head.

  2. No because he did the right thing.  Though he went at it the wrong way.  In the long run, this will be the best thing for the Packers.  The Packers have control of the team back.  Favre had a max of 2 or 3 seasons left and they'd already gave A Rod the word that he was their man.  They, unlike Favre, didn't go back on their word and stuck with what they said.  They did the right thing instead of letting Favre back and alienating Rodgers the franchise QB.  Rodgers has his whole career ahead and Favre is pretty much at the end of his. Remember the Packers have a good history when it comes to letting so called "super stars" go because either they see that the person behind them is ready to step up and play as well as the person before them did and/or they see that this person is at the end of their career.  Look at Javon Walker, never really had a good season after the Packers...  Same with Ahman Green, Dorsey Levens, Ryan Longwell didn't have that strong of a leg anymore.  Etc...  So I believe the Packers did the right thing.  No worries.

  3. i really doubt he would get fired , but if the Packers have a losing season , both Thompson and McCarthy are gonna look real bad , especially if the Jets win more games

  4. How in the world do you expect a serious answer to this question?

I don't know if dude will or will not get fired regardless of the circumstances.

Quite possibly the most ridiculous question ever asked.

  5. No.  I don't think you get fired after 1 bad issue after he has been a genius GM to this point.  He had the right idea with the situation, just handled it bad.
