Does TennCare TLC cover Mirena IUC implant???

I am currently 5 months pregnant and I will have Tenn Care TLC for 6 months after I have the baby and I am interested in getting the Mirena IUC but I didn't know if TLC paid for it or not.

Most insurance won't cover it because it isn't considered to be a "medical necessity", I know mine didn't.

The cost (about $900 total) is well worth it though, and much cheaper then paying for monthly birth control for five years.

Is it a goverment funded insurance if so then yes they cover it in most states
