Does Terminal 4 in New York's JFK Airport have wireless internet access?

Just wondering if the Terminal-4 area has wireless internet as I need it during a layover for an upcoming trip. If so, how fast is it? I'm willing to pay.

Yeah, it should have wireless internet. JFK's website didnt say if its free or how fast it is, but I think its free (i saw it somewhere on the airport's website before) The speed should be the same speed as the basic DSL or cable (probably 1.5 Mbps)
