Hey there...The bigger tesco's do sell eddoes so do ASDA and some sainsbury stores. You can also find them online on ASDA home shopping and if they dont have it in stock they wont show up on the site so it saves you driving all the way to the store.

Not sure which part of UK you're referring to but if you are in london you will fnd them at the green grocers in places like Notting Hill, Hounslow, Hackney, East Ham and the Whole Food's Store near Hammersmith.
