  1. do you no it is legal for you to go to cash till and when she as

rang your goods in  you can then barter .

i heard this on rodio ,and they wanted to no if anybodys done this  you check

  2. I go to different shops- I find Tesco is 'cheaper' but sells in the wrong sizes for couples with no kids. I just have no use for 8 cheese and onion rolls for example, I just want 2.

I use ASDA for dry basics and cheese, a local greengrocer for veg, and waitrose for eggs and the little meat I eat.

  3. Not bad but if it wasnt for club card points ,,people would go elsewhere,,,

  4. Most of their stuff is a d**n site cheaper than Asda these days so, yes, its good value.

  5. 2 and a half billion pounds profit, what makes you think their prices might be a touch high?

  6. They are pretty evenly price matched with Asda and I do my weekly shop there.  To be honest though tesco are hellish for discontinuing lines and if it wasn't for the clubcard i'd go shop in Asda

  7. not at all

  8. I live near a Tesco`s and Sainsbury`s, and have found that for a big shop I prefer go to Tesco`s for the choice. (It`s a Tesco Extra open 24/7) However the fruit and veg at Sainsbury`s is always better.

  9. have you not seen that they have lowered 3000 prices compared to other top retailers so i would say that they are good value for money !!

  10. I am quite happy shopping there. I don't look at every penny, I buy what I want and the  quality I want. Price is a secondary consideration. I only shop for myself so it is possibly different to a mum shopping for a family . It doesn't matter much to me if my bill comes to £25 or £40 or more if I have what I want . I could go to Sainsbury or Asda and there is a Sommerfield not far away but I am happy with Tesco. The other place I like but only go rarely, cause of the distance is Waitrose as the quality is good .Marks is OK too .

  11. Its bad value. I have only ever shopped at Tescos when I've had no choice. The produce is rubbish, overpriced and they are just bad news.  People a just too lazy to compare with the opposition properly.
