Does The 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 With Offroad package come with a rear electronic locker?

Ok so I am just trying get all my facts straight. I just bought a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with 4x4 and the offroad package. My question is does it come stock with a front straight axle and rear electronic locker? Or did someone add it to my truck?

Someone added the electronic locker.  They didn't come from the factory with them.

it should im not braging but my dads rich and he got 1 with rear electronic locker if you dont get 1 with it its pretty bad
