  1. Any local business person who has known you for over 2 years can sign, ie butcher, baker candlestickmaker. I renewed mine when moving to another part of the country and the farmer whom we had rented a cottge from for 18 years signed mine. No prob.

  2. No they wont ..... it does have to be someone who has known you for 2 years.... it cannot be a relative but it could be a friend who has known you for 2 years who fall into the specific catagory listed on the form....  If however you do not know anyone then you could ask your GP.... however be warned they will more than likely charge you for it....

  3. NO the Post Office will NOT counter sign your Driving Licence Application Form.  Get your Doctor or Bank Manager to sign it for you.

  4. No, they are unlikely to. Contact the DVLA with your query. I had a colleague of my mums sign mine but people I know have had their highschool teachers etc sign theirs.

  5. No, what about your doctor?  Or someone from school/work/etc.
