I heard that there is a way on paypal to buy something and that paypal holds the money untill I would recive a product for example. Does anyone know what is that called and how I can use it?

  1. Paypal will not hold your payment until you receive the goods BUT you can always file a claim in case you did not get a product or the product is inferior quality.  Just go to paypal's resolution center.

    Buyer beware because you can be screwed out of your money and your product if you do not know how to use paypal
