From what I see in pictures he has a small golf hole in his back yard. Consists of a tee box, bunker, and some fairway short of the green.

He does not have one at his home in FL. (first link) He doesn't have one at his house in the Hamptons because he just hits them into the ocean (look at the 2nd link below). And he his currently building a place in Dubai.

I assume he has a putting green cause I know a bunch of guys on tour do, my uncle who is on tour does, so I am assuming Tiger does.

edit -- to an answer above, he has not been on MTV Cribs... they have tried to contact him to be on the show but he has declined the offer everytime so far
