Does Tiscalli mess everyone about?

Question

They've missold a product to me and now are messing me around. How come they only have your calls recorded when its convenient for them?

Anyone know of any UK internet providers that are reliable?

did the same to me and when I went to change, they blocked it. To change, you need a MAC code from them and it is only valid for a certain amount of time. They refused to give it then said it was posted. When it arrived, it had already expired. They did it twice before I was able to change then charged me for the modem etc...

When you call them, they never keep recordings of important calls. I switched to plusnet which was good till tiscalli bought it and surprise surprise, same thing!!!

Be unlimited is the best package with excellent customer services. If they are not in your area, try BT Openworld. Had no problems with them.

Yes tiscali are pish (althought I didi get a helpful person in the end who refunded me my calls cost to their 0870 number)

try O2 for broadband, if have an O2 mobile then you'll get a free wireless router and 16MB speed access for £10 a month

As far as I am concerned Tiscali is the ONLY reliable Internet Provider in the UK.  My family has been a customer for YEARS and we have no problems at all.
