The only "touch screen" phone T-Mobile has now is the Wing, which is not the same kind of touch screen as the newer phones, it uses a stylus. And it's one of T-Mobile's most expensive phones. Also, I don't think it's a good phone, I hear about a lot of problems with it.

There is a new T-Mobile touchscreen phone coming out in the fall but I expect it to be on the expensive side.
