    Birth control coverage is dependent upon the individual contract.

    State law will prevail.  If a multi-state provider allows it, but a particular state disallows that coverage, you will not be covered.  State law trumps contract law.

    Contact your provider for a definitive answer in your jurisdiction.  

    Do this prior to engaging in any activity that may compel you to move to a different state.
