it is amazing to me how so many people are still so ignorant and insensitive.  why couldn't you just ask if he had down syndrome cause he looked like he might and left the elephant comment out??  i have a daughter with ds, and i can't wait until she is an adult and can prove you and all the other idiots out there wrong.  grow up!
