  2. Yesterday's paper had a report that Tylenol's main ingredient, acetaminophen, actually causes more liver-failure deaths than alcohol does. Also, physicians recommend that anyone who drinks much should use Ibuprofen or Aspirin instead of Acetaminophen.


  3. yes..so does all other medicines out there. they are mostly there for precaution for the companies who made tylenol..just in case someone sues them for having certain side affects...they will say "its on the label'

You must read the label.  However, the best known and the most serious of side effects you should be most concerned with is that it is highly hepatotoxic if you consume too much.  That means it can destroy your liver.   This can happen with just one overdose event, although overconsumption of Tylenol (acetaminophen) over a longer period of time can also cause severe liver damage.
