It being a federal holiday has nothing to do with UPS since UPS is not a federal institution or has any affiliation with the government.  I believe there is UPS pickup on Monday 1-21-08.

I hope UPS runs on Monday. The site says I am supposed to get my new router that day lol. According to this they are running that day.
