Does UPS and USPS ship packages today? March 4, 2008?

Does anyone know if they do? Because I'm expecting a package. It arrived in Carol Stream yesterday which is not far from Berwyn. ( I received packages from them before and I should of got it today. )

I know it's Super Tuesday but was it suppose to come today?

I tracked my order and no information was updated.
