Does UPS deliver on weekends?

There's a package I want to get ASAP. It will probably arrive at the UPS center closest to me on Saturday. I'm pretty sure UPS doesn't deliver on weekends but could I go to the UPS center and pick up my package?

If the sender paid extra it can be delivered on the weekend.  If not, you have to contact the closest UPS center and find out if they are open and if they will release a package to you on a Saturday.
