Does UPS deliver things brought from Amazon to mailbox?

I brought a ds battery and tri-wing screwdriver from Amazon.com and is wondering if they deliver to my mailbox or what.

No!  Your mailbox is federal property only the post office can put anything in there, anyone else can be punished by law.

Nope.  UPS has to deliver to a physical address, not to a PO Box address.  And even if they're delivering to your home and you have a regular mailbox or mail slot that could accomodate what you ordered, they legally can't use it to make deliveries.  They'll knock on your door and leave the package by the door if you're not home, unless when you place the order you give instructions telling them otherwise.
