Does USF deserve to be ranked top 25?

Rutgers beat #2 USF last year, why isn't Rutgers in the top 25?

Yeah.  They return most of last years team which included nice wins against West Virginia, Syracuse, North Carolina, Auburn, and Louisville.  If you beat top 25 teams, then you should be in the top 25.

Definitely.  They have a lot of talent, they were very highly ranked for almost the entire season last year, and if you have ever had a chance to watch them, they look like an elite team.  They belong in the top 25 without any question even as a young school with almost no football history.  Heck, I think they're the 2nd best team in Florida.

sure they do, they are a quality team...they beat their opponent by just as much as all the other top ranked teams did....why not?....i think they should be ranked exactly where they are...towards the bottom of the rank list....past couple years they've done really well, and their recruiting has been great.....

I think so, they might even win the Big East this year, they have a pretty good team.

I just did a question where i showed my top 25 and thy were in it. They were like 23 or something.
