Does UVA accept ACT scores?

I have heard it does not, but on collegeboard it says it does accept ACT scores. I was wondering because my ACT scores are a bit higher then my SAT scores at the moment and just in case i can't improve upon the SAT i would like to know i could send the ACT score. Thanks.

You have to send in the SAT if you take the ACT, but a good ACT score will help.

You can just send your act score in replacement of the sat.

They do strongly recommend, though, that you take two sat IIs in addition no matter whther you send the act or sat.
