  1. very little, it'd be nice if we drilled more, because we already have the refineries, so we could sell gas at higher rates and cut our debt in a few short years

  2. Not that I know of. We only import. :)

  3. are you kidding?!

    how can we export

when we're fighting in other places

    just to import?

    I would say no

but that is not based on research

  4. Oh yeah................Lots

  5. yes, just not as much as it imports.

  6. It does actually but not a great amount.  The US exports a lot of the other chemicals and products from the refining of oil.

  7. in my opinion they do not export gasolene

  8. Yes, it does.

Seems silly but there are a lot of products, natural and made, which the United States exports while importing those same products. It has to do with trade agreements.

EDIT: There are a lot of reasons it and other countries do this type of thing concerning trade. Part of it has to do with creating a more stable price for the product in the world market. Another is a country might agree to export a product they are wealthy in only if another country exports a specific product of their own. Overall, all of this works out to creating a balance of trade throughout the world.
