Does Verizon Home Phone require setup fees?

For my local area, Verizon is the only land-line phone provider, and I wanted a land line so that I can use it without the use of an internet or power. My question is, I'm looking at 'Verizon Freedom Essentials', and I can't seem to find any information about setup fees. Does anyone know if they charge fees or how much they might be for setup?

in NY the installation fee is around $125, which can be spread out over 12 months...

at one time there were no installation fees for a certain package (i think it was one of the freedom packages) but not sure if that promotion still exists... if you need inside wiring, and/or jacks installed or replaced there will be a charge for that work..
