Does Vermont, in the USA have a high home schooler rate? and or how would I find out if they do?

Vermont Dep't. of Education has these statistics.  I do not know if they are web accesable.

If you're a parent proposing to move there and home school, I suggest that you need to be much more specific as to area and what you really want to find is home schooling support and other parents who home school.

Vermont arguably has some of the most effective K-12 public schools in the nation.  Many schools in smaller towns have small class sizes and pupil-teacher ratios are relatively low, frequently under 20 to 1.
