Does Vincent Bongiovanni of the Mobile BayBears have any chance of making it to the majors?

At this point, it doesn't look good.  First of all, he is not on Arizona's 40-man roster.  His stats for Mobile are not that impressive either.  He is 3-3 with a 4.65 era.  He has given up 54 hits in 50.1 innings.  He struck out 42 but walked 33 (Not good).  Other factors are not in his favor:  He is 25 years old, he is a reliever but not a closer, and he throws right handed (teams are always looking for lefties).
