Does Visa or Mastercard (Canadian) work in Havana Cuba?

Question

I'd like to know if a Visa will work for purchases at any places in Havana Cuba and mostly...has anyone used a Canadian visa card for cash advances in Havana?

The "Visa machine locator" service online contains no information for Cuba, but that doesn't mean "No".

I have tried calling Visa but they didn't know their eyeball from their.......yeah never mind.
