He speaks Spanish only. Lazy b*****d. Unlike other Latin American ball players like Pedro Martinez, Mariano Rivera and others who attempted and learned a good amount of , h**l not too far from mastering, English without any problems besides the obvious accent.

He's gotta speak english, hes played in America for over 10 years.  Anyone who hasn't acclimated in that amount of time has something wrong with them-even Manny speaks english and that says something.  Ichiro can speak English too.  Vlady probably feels more comfortable speaking Spanish in his interviews and stuff.  Who cares anyway, he can flat out rake.  And who needs batting gloves, the dude just chops wood.
