Does Walking Help Tighten Abs?

Living in California without a car is exercise, I walk everywhere!! I have very muscular calves and a small waist however my stomach still has that pudgy look and my thighs can use toning. Isn't walking supposed to keep these areas in shape?

  1. not if your eating fatty foods....its being stored in your belly area♥ Do some crunches along with your wlaking, maybe like 50 a night b4 bed. It will be nice looking within a month maybe less♥


  2. not just regular walking i dont think. Even though that is great for overall health. But if you want to tone your abs while walking I read somewhere, i forget where, that you can pull your stomach muscles in and that will strengthen your abs. Also I would try some crunches.
