  1. Only if you are less stressed now then you were when you got blurry vision. During times of stress we can learn incorrect vision habits. These incorrect vision habits of strain and diffusion squeeze our eyes out of shape and give us blurry vision. Some people have regained much of their vision when they have broken their glasses and had to do without for a while. Many people get relief after a long day by going without their prescriptions for a moment. It's all in how you feel, you want to be aware of the tension in your neck, shoulders, eyes, and face. Whatever increases the tension and strain is worse, and whatever decreases the tension is better. Relaxation for our vision system is very important.

In order to return to natural perfect eyesight we have to unlearn the incorrect vision habits, reintegrate the correct vision habits, and undo the damage from artificial corrections and blur. Taking off our glasses without a knowledge of these things can be very ineffective.

  2. No you just get used to seeing that way and it makes you think your eyes got better but they may have in fact gotten worse. Same with wearing glasses. wear them for so long at a certain perscription it makes you think they aren't that bad but they just adjusted and you actually need a stronger prescription.

  3. . Sometimes all the parts of the eye don't work together the way they should. But eyeglasses or contact lenses, also called corrective lenses, can help most people see more clearly.
