Does Weight Watchers Make You Weigh In?

They are starting the program at my job but I'm not much on getting on the scale in front of a crowd.

Yes, but the scale is electric and the only person that sees the weight is the person weighing you in. You can tell them that you are a little self conscious about anyone else seeing your weight, and I think they would respect that and try to make sure that no one else can see, maybe you could go earlier than the rest and weigh first. Maybe you could weigh after everyone else has and they are already in there seats waiting for the class. After you lose some you won't care anymore, you'll be proud of your accomplishment. good luck.

Everyone will weigh in.  The scale is discreet and no one will see the number but you and the girl at the scale.  It's really not a big deal.  Knowing you are weighing in is actually incentive to follow the program!
