Yes. You just have to ask them because they fill it behind the counter.

Yes, even though they don't have the "filling station" as some fast food chains do, they will give you refills when you go up with your empty cup and ask for it.  No problem. I was also confused, but one day was so thirsty that I asked, and found out that they do refills.  Actually, as some people waste foods and drinks, this is a good way to keep costs at a reasonable level.  I've been in these places where parents with kids would refill and then walk out with the child not drinking the refill.  

Good question that should be helpful to a lot of people.

Yes, though I think that you have to ask them for that, since at least at our local Wendys, it's behind the  counter.

yes.....but only if u dine in [lol].....if they don't have a filling station jus tell some one at the counter and show them ur cup and thet'll give u a refil in a new cup

yup but you have to give them the cup because the drink station is behind the counter or atleast at every wendys i've been too.
