like if i straighten wet and wavy hair, and it rains and my hair gets wet, will the wet and wavy hair get curly?

most likely that is what its going to do. that is what wet and wavy hair is thats why they call it that when it gets wet it gets wavy =]

Only if that is the particular type of hair. If it specifically says on the back that it changes styles when it gets wet, then there you go; but if it just says wet&wavy on the package without any explanation then it is just the style it is in (meaning it looks like it is wet and wavy).
