Does Whey the powdered protein supplement has adverse effects in the long run? too much of a thing is bad ey?

No matter how great and protein packed it is, too much of something is bad..so is there really any hard evidence that taking whey has long term adverse effects on the body?

  1. the same as any other food in the long run i guess..


  2. It's protein like anything else.  A couple of servings a day is fine.

  3. No long term or short term adverse effects. However, if you consume more protein than your body needs, the left over amino acids will be stored as fat.
